MARSHALS

Marshals are the most important people on the track. They are there for the safety of all riders. It is not acceptable for marshals to disappear when they have had enough.

All riders are asked to provide a responsible adult (over 16 years old) who can carry out the marshalling duties. If anyone requires advice on how to marshal properly, See the marshall co-ordinator at booking in. I don’t see how anyone can marshal properly with their face wedged to a mobile phone text messaging.

Morning marshals start before first practice and are on duty until they are replaced.

Afternoon marshals should be in place during the second adult race and are on duty until the last race is finished.

If you do need to be replaced, contact the clerk of the course who will find a replacement.
