Cleobury Mortimer 2011
WIMBLEDON? GLASTONBURY?..........NAH! MOTOCROSSWarley Wasps Schoolboy Scramble hosted their 9th Club Championship meeting at a fantastic track in beautiful Cleobury Mortimer on Sunday 26th June and to say it was a scorcher would be an understatement and the racing was hot too.
So to start the racing off we had the AMX group with Daniel Jagleiski taking all three race wins, with some excellent racing from Daniel Horne taking 2nd overall, Ashley Cotteril coming in 3rd overall and Nick Morris in 4th overall.
Next up were the Twin Shocks with Liam Wilks, taking all three race wins with some excellent racing on the Yamaha; Luke Machin, Alan Lloyd and Jamie Bidduph taking 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. No doubt the Radox Bubble Bath was out on Sunday night!
Next up were the SENIORS with Joe Watton taking 1st place for the day, Oli Billingham 2nd, Michael Simmons with 3rd and Rob Moss coming in 4th.
Next up were the B/W 85's with Jordan Saunders taking 1st place overall, Ryan Turbill in 2nd, Jake Ford in 3rd and Nathan Lobb coming in 4th
Next up were the S/W 85's with Nathan Bache taking 1st place overall, Keiron Cooke in 2nd place, Jamie Osbourne in 3rd and Jordan Riley in 4th place.
Next up were the 65's with Luke Woodhouse taking 1st place overall with 3 race win's, closely followed by Ryan Manley who was on it in the 3rd holeshotting and leading for the first lap, came in 2nd overall, followed by Jack Wankling in 3rd overall and Giles Jones taking 4th place.
Next up were the AUTO'S with Archie Collier leading the pack for all 3 races, followed by Jake O'Gorman who took 2nd overall, 3rd place went to Daniel Nelson overall and Lewis Wright taking 4th place overall.
A lovely 'family' run club, who make new comers feel very welcome and support each and every rider from the age of 6 to 46!
